Latticework gathers chief investment officers, fund managers, family office principals, and other long-term investors for two days of candid conversation. There are no slide decks. Every session is a fireside chat, a panel, or a rapid-fire idea pitch, and every one leaves room for questions from the floor.
The ninth Latticework takes place on November 10–11, 2026, in Cathedral Hall at the University Club of Chicago. This year’s lineup includes Pat Dorsey, John W. Rogers, Jr., François Rochon, Christopher Bloomstran, Bob Robotti, and Christopher Tsai, with sessions on moats, small-cap value, constructive activism, biopharma, copper, absolute return investing, and the science of attention. Between the two days, we host a reception and dinner at the Chicago Athletic Association.
Seating is limited.
Why Latticework
A room of peers. Attendance is kept small so that every attendee can meet the speakers and one another. The room is investors and allocators, peers rather than prospects, and there is no selling from the stage.
Depth over polish. Fireside chats and moderated panels rather than rehearsed pitches, with time for questions and for conversation over two lunches and a dinner.
A global perspective. Latticework brings together intelligent investors from across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
The multidisciplinary edge. In the spirit of Charlie Munger’s latticework of mental models, speakers connect investing to broader disciplines and share their best ideas.
“MOI Global is a wonderful way to expose yourself to the thoughts of some of the most successful investors and investment methods out there.” — Tom Gayner, Co-CEO, Markel Corporation
